Rob became a Realtor, then a real estate broker, after a 30-year career as a successful senior executive in multi-national advertising agencies and as a marketing officer in brand leading technology companies. His strategic marketing expertise has proven to be a real asset for his real estate clients.


He grew up in South Pasadena, California, attended the University of Arizona, and graduated from Long Beach State in marketing and communications. Rob is a graduate of the Department of Defense School of Information (international public relations).


“Since moving to the San Luis Obispo area, I spend a lot of my free time entertaining friends, getting lost on local hiking trails, and consuming way too much wine. That’s one of the hazards of the area. I have a very close relationship with my four grown children, who continue to surprise me.”

She grew up in South Carolina and attended Spartanburg Methodist College where she shined on the school soccer team. She is the ultimate team player.

Her earlier experience as a senior flight attendant with Northwest and Jet Blue airlines sharpened her skills in negotiating issues with challenging buyers and sellers on the other side of the transaction.

CENTURY 21

Founded in 1972 by Art Bartlett in Orange County, California, Century 21 became the business model that shaped the modern real estate industry. In the early 70’s, real estate was primarily an industry of single-practitioner real estate agents.


Bartlett organized many of these one-man, one-office businesses under the Century 21 umbrella, and created the business model that has shaped the real estate industry over the past 50 years, for real estate agents and the home buying public.


In 1970, most real estate agents were men. Today, due in large part to Art Bartlett, it has become a terrific profession for both women and men, with a majority of women.

Good luck finding the perfect home on a Zillow search alone. Finding great properties that fit your exact criteria is a combination of:

  • Having access to all the data, including pre-MLS launch properties.
  • Knowing the network of agents most likely to list the home you are looking for.
  • Understanding the characteristics of each community and individual neighborhoods.
